If you will be late, or something comes up last minute TEXT (587) 435-HAIR(4247). More than 15 minutes late will have to be rescheduled and incur a No-Show fee.

Minimum 48 hours' notice required to change or cancel an appointment or you will be charged a fee of 25% the cost of the base service price.

You will receive a reminder by text and email a minimum of 48 hours before your appointment. 

No-show and you will be charged a fee of 50% the cost of the base service price.

All charges will be invoiced via PayPal and due immediately. You will not be able to book an appointment until the invoice has been paid

There is no tolerance for racism, homophobia, sexism or any kind of discrimination in my chair. If you make a discriminatory comment, you will be asked to leave and will not be booked again.
